For security purposes: If your system is idle for thirty (30) minutes (i.e. you do not click on any links within the WebTools system to "talk" to the server), your session will expire and you will need to log back in. If you are spending a lot of time typing in a section, you'll want to upload (save) what you have after about 25 minutes of typing, otherwise you may lose that information and will have to re-type it.
