Planning for the future of the College of Southern Idaho includes envisioning how the physical resources of the campus will grow in the future. In 2015, the college enlisted the services of CTA Architects Engineers of Boise, the firm that has done all of CSI's master plans since the 1970s, to create a plan along with concepts of phases of construction and development outlining how the campus could look over the next 25 years. Several workshops were held throughout 2015 to gather input on how CSI's future could unfold. The input for this vision came from many sources including the community, students, businesses, CSI partners, staff and board members, and administrators. It is important to note that this plan is not necessarily a vision of what will happen but is a guiding planning document for CSI to use looking to the future.
