In a subject area of their own choosing, students will practice behavior change in at least one dimension of wellness. Corequisite: WELL 101.
This is an introductory course highlighting personal financial planning including: goal setting, career planning, budgeting, tax planning, housing, using credit, and retirement planning. Projects encourage students to apply course concepts to their own situations.
