In a subject area of their own choosing, students will practice behavior change in at least one dimension of wellness. Corequisite: WELL 101.
This course is designed for the beginning runner to the advanced runner. Course content includes mechanics of efficient running/walking presentation of training systems, safety, appropriate shoes, hydration and the prevention and care of common running/walking injuries.
